All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages with Paypal using your Paypal Account, Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard. Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of ordering. We aim to despatch all online orders within 24 - 48 hours providing the parts are instock. Please allow an additional delivery time for parts which are not in stock, we will contact you via email if this is the case. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

Delivery will be by either Royal Mail 1st Class post or by courier depending on size/weight of your order.
Where delivery is made by courier and no-one is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left. If redelivery is required due to two failed attemps, your order will be returned to us & a further carriage charge will be incurred.
Delivery by courier will be Monday to Friday.
If goods are left as no one is in to accept them, we cannot be held responsible if goods go missing after they have been delivered.
Collect from our Workshop in Kidderminster. Just place your order online & choose click & collect, we will then email within 24hrs when your items are ready for collection.
Collection times are Mon 9-11am, Tues, 9-11am, Wed 3-5pm, Thurs 9-11am, Fri 9-11am, Sat 9-11am please ensure that you bring a copy of your order with you, please contact us if you wish to arrange a specific collection time.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, for a refund, You must return the Product(s) to us, in the same conditions in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Goods must be returned to us in as new condition. Where goods are returned in not as new condition, you will be charged to cover the loss in value of the goods.
If you have purchased an incorrect item from us and your order has not been dispatched, please inform us immediately by email [email protected] quoting the order number so that we can change the order for you
If the goods have been dispatched & you find that you have selected the wrong part/item for your model please inform us by email [email protected], please return asap, you are responsible for return postal costs and returns are sent back to us at your risk.
If we have sent you the wrong part to your order, then we are realy sorry, please inform us immediately either by email [email protected] so that we can arrange to dispatch the correct part as soon as possible. We will of course re-imburse you for return postal costs.

To speed up the returns process we advise that you email us for a Returns Number [email protected] and return the parts asap, on receipt back, we will examine the returned product and will notify you that a refund has been authorised via e-mail.
All refunds may take up to 30 days, orders will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for purchase.
